                      Now is the time to prepare for the annual State Convention

Location: Sugarloaf U.S.A. in Carrabassett Valley ME

Time:       June 1,2,&3,2012

First Event: Opening & Memorial service will be June 1,2012 at 7:00 P.M. SMH-Carr A/B room

                   Firing Squad will be outside same as last year. SEMI-FORMAL DRESS PLEASE

Friday Night Entertainment: Approximately 1/2 hour after Memorial Service has been held

It will be in the SC_King Pine B. The same room where the banquet has been held.

AMVETS :  registration fee will be $15.00 per delegate

Menu: The Convention Corp will try to alter it from last year if the cost can be maintained

Update on Convention Banquet:

 

The Convention banquet will be held on Saturday Night June 2,2012 It will be in the King Pine Room (same as last year)

Cost as stated is 430.00 per person. Menu Buffet Style, Baked stuffed Chicken w/stuffed bread, Sliced Ham w/ sauce on the side, Roasted Red potatoes, Cooked vegs.

Social hour 4:30 P.M -5:30 p.M. Banquet: 5:30 P.M. -7:30 P..M.Guest Speaker Maj. Gen J. William LibbyUSAr(retired) Awards will follow.
