a. What to report & not to report? – PDF attached that addresses some questions I have been receiving. Have shared this in the past and apparently it is time to share with everyone, again.
2. Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP), this is a primary emphasis within our organization, it is “the” service that provides blood for our military. Red Cross only becomes engaged in extreme situations, we need to take care of our comrades. Some of you may remember, that prior to AMVETS leading the charge, veterans/retirees could not donate blood to the ASBP. Check out their news flyer and locations where you can donate. This is the link that lives on our AMVETS Programs pages and at the bottom of the page is the ASBP active link. http://www.amvets.org/programs/armed-services-blood-program
3. National Convention “Tentative Agenda” now available on the National Website, however, those followers of my Programs Blast will benefit from just clicking here: http://www.amvets.org/pdfs/Convention2012/Tentative-Agenda.pdf
o Tuesday, 7 Aug - @ 5PM – AMVETS/Auxiliary VAVS Overview & Training, for anyone interested in learning more, NOT just for Reps & Deps
4. ACTION!!
